OP: ReConnect is a fan-made streaming game built by HopeTrackers, for ARMY. By creating an agent file or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
OP: ReConnect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC, HYBE, or any of their partners. All artist names, song titles, album titles and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You sign in with an agent number and a password. Keep them safe — you are responsible for what happens under your agent file. One session is active at a time, so signing in somewhere else signs you out here.
Your handle and codename are visible to other players. Your email address is not.
OP: ReConnect is free. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, no advertising, and no payment of any kind. XP, Cells, Wings and every other in-game item are earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset as the game is balanced.
We may suspend or remove an agent file, or any uploaded content, that breaks these rules.
You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to store and display it inside the game.
Only upload an image if you are entitled to. Vote-proof screenshots are used to check your entry and are deleted 30 days after the event they belong to ends.

You can connect ListenBrainz, stats.fm or Musicat, or scrobble directly to ReConnect. For connected services we read your listening history through their public interfaces to count your BTS streams. We never receive your password for those services. You can change or disconnect your source at any time in Settings.
Stream counts come from services we do not control and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Your progress depends on data we cannot guarantee.
OP: ReConnect deletes inactive agent files. If you do not play for 14 days, your agent file and its data are permanently deleted. Before that happens we send a warning email to the address on your file, and we don’t delete an account unless our email provider accepted that message for delivery. We can’t guarantee it reaches your inbox, so it’s worth keeping your address current.
Time on approved leave does not count towards those 14 days. If you need a break, request leave in-game and the clock pauses.
This is part of how the game works rather than a penalty — the city only stays lit if agents keep streaming.
You can retire your agent file at any time from Settings. It asks for your handle and your password, because it cannot be undone.
Retiring permanently deletes your agent file and everything in it — your XP, level, badges, districts, streaming history, messages and uploads. We cannot restore it. Uploaded files are removed from storage on an hourly cycle, so they go shortly after rather than the same second.
Three things do not go, and you should know before you decide:
Deleted data can also persist for up to seven days in our daily database backups, before the backup holding it is rotated out. We do not use backups to bring a retired file back.
OP: ReConnect is provided as is, by fans, for fun. Stream counts, rankings, deadlines and rewards are for entertainment only and may contain errors or delays. We are not responsible for outages, lost progress, or mistakes in data from third-party services.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and announce anything material in-game. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
